Program Overview

Students in the Public Safety course will learn components of public safety careers through hands-on experience in various facets of public safety, such as fire, police and emergency medical services. Students will become certified in CPR, Stop the Bleed, and Basic First Aid, participate in mock accidents, real-world scenarios, physical fitness activities and field related work based learning opportunities. Students will also have the chance to interact with local law enforcement officials from all branches.
