Stuffed and Styled: Taxidermy for Teens: Unleash your creativity and dive into the world of taxidermy with Stuffed and Styled: Taxidermy for Teens! This hands-on class is designed for young artists who are curious about the art of animal preservation and want to explore taxidermy techniques in a safe, supportive, and educational environment. Whether you’re interested in wildlife conservation, art, or simply looking for a unique and engaging way to express yourself, this class offers something for everyone.

Throughout the course, you’ll learn the basics of taxidermy, from understanding the materials and tools to mastering the techniques needed to “stuff” and preserve animals in a lifelike style. We’ll cover everything from skinning and preservation methods to shaping and mounting your specimen with creativity. You’ll also discover how to “style” your creation, adding your own personal flair through custom poses, textures, and finishing touches.

Stuffed and Styled: Taxidermy for Teens Cost: The cost for Stuffed and Styled: Taxidermy for Teens is $100, which includes registration, a light snack each day and a T-shirt! Change from previous years: Lunch will not be provided. Please pack a lunch each day for your student(s). Light snack will be provided during the day.

Is transportation available?
Char-Em ISD will provide specific transportation routes at no additional charge. Look for transportation registration details during the online course registration process.
