Manufacturing Days in Char-Em ISD

 Each year, many Char-Em ISD school districts participate in National Manufacturing Day (MFG Day) activities with regional manufacturers, giving students a behind-the-scenes look at these important job opportunities in their own back yard!

About the event: Area middle and high school students will have the opportunity to once again tour some of the region’s most unique, innovative and important manufacturing facilities. Tours will take place during school hours throughout Antrim, Charlevoix, and Emmet counties.

Area students will learn first-hand about the skills they’ll need to enter the manufacturing workforce. Local parents are encouraged to talk to their children about the high-paying, in-demand job opportunities for their students right here in Northern Michigan!

**If you are a manufacturer please use the registration link below provide feedback on when and if they are available for offering tours for our students. Once this is in place we will keep an updated sign up sheet for schools and students to reach out to us requesting tours and then make the connection to you and your staff.
